1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EcomWizards website (ecomwizards.co) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

EcomWizards provides digital marketing services including paid search (Google Ads, Meta Ads), local SEO, and web design and development. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines for each engagement are governed by a separate service agreement or proposal provided to you prior to commencement of work.

3. Free Strategy Call & Audit

The free 30-minute strategy call and accompanying audit are provided at no cost and with no obligation. Insights shared during the call are for informational purposes only. EcomWizards makes no guarantees regarding outcomes resulting from independent implementation of audit recommendations.

4. 60-Day Guarantee

EcomWizards offers a 60-day money-back guarantee on management fees for clients who meet eligibility criteria defined in their individual service agreement. The guarantee applies to management fees only and excludes third-party ad spend. Specific terms are outlined in the signed service agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information about your business
Granting necessary access to advertising accounts, analytics, and web platforms
Timely review and approval of proposed content, ads, and designs
Ensuring your business complies with applicable laws and advertising platform policies

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all deliverables created specifically for you, including ad copy, landing pages, and website designs. EcomWizards retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, templates, and tools. You own all advertising accounts and data at all times.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the engagement. EcomWizards may reference client results in marketing materials using anonymized or client-approved attribution.

8. Limitation of Liability

EcomWizards is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 60 days preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days' written notice. Fees for work completed prior to termination are non-refundable. Month-to-month engagements may be cancelled without penalty with proper notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas, or through binding arbitration as mutually agreed.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
